DeZaya to Travel provides a highly personalized planning experience supported by a professional design fee. Fees reflect the complexity of the journey, destination, duration, number of travelers, and level of support required.
Your tailored planning fee will be shared after the initial consultation, once the scope of your journey is clearly defined.
Every engagement begins with a private consultation to understand travel style, pace, budget, and the experiences that matter most — and ends only once the client has safely returned home.
In between, the fee covers full itinerary architecture (destination and property research, day-by-day pacing, and logistics mapping); direct coordination with hotels, airlines, ground transportation, private guides, and restaurants, including access to preferred-partner relationships for upgrades, amenities, and priority access; document preparation, including a final digital itinerary, reservation confirmations, and a destination briefing; and on-trip support through local support, if selected, with a direct line to the planner for any changes, delays, or on-the-ground needs.

The planning fee is a professional service fee for time, expertise, and access. It is separate from the cost of travel itself — hotels, flights, tours, and experiences — which is billed at cost or arranged directly with suppliers.
